On April 24, during an event honoring His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar, Martin Indyk asked about Qatar’s views on the Syrian crisis, the stalled Palestinian-Israeli peace talks, and the still unfolding Arab Awakening.
